STEP 1

Launch the process

A small group creates a decision board and raises an issue.

Using AI, Perspectives helps the group define a razor sharp problem-definition. Colleagues, experts and other decision-makers are then invited to join the process. And clear deadlines are set for co-creation, rating and decision-making.

STEP 2

Co-create solutions

Using AI, Perspectives generates possible solutions, pros and cons.

Every participant has the opportunity to chip in, and suggest new solutions. This inclusive approach guarantees a diverse range of ideas and perspectives, fostering innovative thinking and comprehensive problem-solving.

STEP 3

Rate alternatives

Once all solutions are shared, team members indicate how much they like or dislike each option.

This step allows for a clear understanding of the team's collective leanings and concerns, also of those who are sometimes more silent.

STEP 4

Take an informed decision

Perspectives compiles all proposed solutions and preferences into a detailed report.

This structured overview enables the team to analyze all input and reach a well-informed, widely supported decision.

STEP 5

Log the decision

Every decision, along with the entire decision-making process, is documented and stored. These records can be easily accessed and shared, providing a clear trail of accountability and a valuable resource for future reference.
